Possible values: API_Stair3DDetail_Full, API_Stair3DDetail_Schematic.
stairFloorPlanVisualization: Visualization mode for Stairs in Floor Plan view
Possible values: API_StairFloorPlanVisual_FloorPlan, API_StairFloorPlanVisual_Reflected.
showStairHeadroom: Show the headroom above the stair.
